Any Indian resident with a legal home or property they want to share — a spare room, a full house, a heritage haveli, or a homestay. You need to be willing to complete a one-time identity verification.
Is AtithiSaathi a good fit for women hosts?
Yes — it was designed for exactly that. AtithiSaathi is women-led, and safety was built in from day one: every guest is identity-verified before they can book, you always know who's arriving, and you stay in control of your availability. Many of our hosts are homemakers and heritage-home owners hosting for the first time.
How much does it cost to list?
Listing is completely free. We only earn when you do — a small percentage of each confirmed booking. No subscription, no upfront fees, ever.
How are payments handled?
Guests pay AtithiSaathi at the time of booking. We hold the payment securely and transfer your share to your bank account on a regular weekly schedule.
What if a guest causes damage?
Every confirmed booking is covered under our host protection policy. Verified guests + a clear dispute process keep incidents rare — but if something goes wrong, we'll back you.
Do I need to speak English?
No. Our host app supports several Indian languages, and our support team picks up in Hindi, Tamil, Marathi, and more.
Can I host part-time or only on weekends?
